Meet Rahul
After a decade of working in the legal world, Rahul transitioned his expertise to directly address a pain point he observed: law firms bogged down by administrative tasks. Rahul now empowers law firms by identifying exceptional administrative support staff offshore. He gives law firms a wide choice of great candidates to choose from, who will suit their business. His passion lies in ensuring lawyers can focus on what matters most—strategic thinking and client advocacy, whilst they are properly supported by their team.
Meet Brad
Permanently based in the Fiji Islands and originally from the travel industry, Brad is well recognised across the Pacific and Asia after running his own sales and marketing consultancy business for two decades and working in key senior positions for some iconic brands prior to venturing out on his own.
With extensive management experience, he offers a wealth of “hands-on” knowledge of assisting businesses with profitability, operational solutions and ways to implement sales and marketing initiatives which will lead to higher returns & business growth.
Being an all-rounder, Brad has also successfully managed an annual event for the travel industry over the past 17 years in 5 locations across two countries in SE Asia, attracting over 600 attendees each year. Brad has a proven track record of helping clients achieve their goals with a focus on customer service.
Meet Stuart Stratton
Before co-founding Pacific Legal Solutions, Stuart already had a history as an accomplished Entrepreneur and CEO. Over his career, he's established and sold multiple companies across the tourism, transport, communications, and renewable energy industries. Based in the Australian Gold Coast, Stuart is an acting board member of the Entrepreneurs Organisation Brisbane and a two-time runner up for Gold Coast Young Entrepreneur of the year.
Today, Stuart leverages his business experience to manage the strategy, technology, and business development at Pacific Legal Solutions. To him, working for Pacific Legal Solutions is the opportunity of a lifetime, helping to create jobs that didn't exist for talented people throughout Fiji, India, and the Philippines. Additionally, with high-quality talent for a reasonable cost in an ethically run and positive working environment, companies can outsource and overcome challenges that would otherwise prove difficult be impossible.
